300ml in one large pull might be too much or not, depending on how much plant material you had to start with. Anyways, it's recommended to do several pulls from the basified mix, even if you were using warm solvent, since one only pull won't pick up all the alkaloids.
I would check the solvent in the freezer once the time has passed. If you have precipitate, filter it out, recover the naphtha, and re-use it for a second pull. Whether you can use most of the 300ml in that second pull or not depends on how much root bark you had to start with.
If the solvent has no visible precipitate, that means it was not saturated enough. You will have to evaporate it partially and try the FP again.
