Max ION tek. - amount of salt.

I'm trying out the Max ION tek for the first time and was just wondering if an overkill of salt would have negative effects.

'Cause I started an A/B and after the first boil I remembered this tek and decided to go for it. Isn't it ok for me just to throw a lot of salt in the solution. Is excess going to ruin anything?

You can throw a bunch in...it shouldn't ruin anything. (at the basing stage, 60g or so per litre)
If it is saturated though (way too much) it seemed to have negative effects (when tried in the testing phase).

It's been a bit messy extraction so far. The bark boiled a bit over so I lost a little. But I'll post yields when finished.
I'm using 150gr's of MHRB.

Stumbled upon this old thread and see I promised to post my yield. Sorry but I don't remember the yield but it was well above average for me I think. But part of it ended up as a big piece of waxy brownish chunk. Haven't tested it yet. Took a gram of it just now and made changa. Waiting for that to dry out.

My next extraction will be this tek to the letter Then I'll post yields. But don't know when that will be.
