I am considering a few experiments.
I may want to try taking the grass supplements when there is NO MAOI in my body (mmm... bummer... I love Aya), or, I may want to try a synthetic melatonin. If my sensitivity is really through the roof, though, I don't know how wise a synthetic supplement at a higher dose would be.
Cherries are also the next highest food source of melatonin, so I might just go batshit crazy and eat ten pounds of cherries every day for a few days.
