Methods to ingest DMT

I've been trying to find ways of ingesting DMT. I know with Pharmahuasca you can ingest MAOI's and then DMT. There are a few questions I have with this that I've been struggling to find concrete resources

• How do you extract MAOIs from the B. Cappi vine?
• Do you have to extract the MAOIs or can you just ingest the powdered B. Cappi?
• Does anyone have any good link to the lemon tek for ingesting MAOIs?
• When ingesting DMT, do you literally ingest the freebase?
• Is it really necessary to wait ten minutes after taking the MAOIs before taking the DMT?

Ultimately, I'm curious if it's possible to make a sort-of DMT Changa gummy. Something that's premeasured and you can hold onto for a while that you can pop into your mouth at home or at a live show. Would this be possible/reasonable?
