MHRB boiling over

Hey guys been creeping here for a while but never posted. Anyways SWIM is doing a extract following the DMT Handbook and keeps having his tea boil over in the first stage of the extract. Does anyone have any tips for preventing SWIMs precious tea from boiling over?

Turn the heat down? I'm not familiar with the tek, but I imagine you want a simmer as opposed to a full on boil.

I had the heat so low it was only forming small bubbles in one spot and it still boiled over

Keep heat < 60˚ C
