That tek is a good one it looks like, but swim uses Nomans STB tek and has fantastic results

i might suggest you check out the supply list - i have posted a link at the bottom. its a guy from hungary sellin MHRB which is fresh from the amazon and really good. i got some there myself! plus he has a very good offer. he says he will beat any price! if you see MHRB which is less expensive anywhere just tell him and he will give it to you cheaper. VERY GOOD SOURCE! you can pay him via paypal and for my order it only took 2 days to reach me.
