mimosa+rue 2-3 times a week

I smoalk my fair share of changa, but have never had a high frequency of oral administration. It's apt to be as mindful as necessary for your frequency, integrate and take breaks when needed, check in with yourself often, and take note of when effect or benefits seem to taper or curb. There can be an upper limit to beneficial effects that can lead to diminishing returns.

One love

It's an intense schedule (particularly for an oral brew with its higher duration), but if it's working well for you, no problem. It's not unlikely that at some point you'll find yourself lowering frequency without any explicit decision to do so.

As Void says, make sure to check with yourself often, particularly making sure that you remain grounded. And remember that a good chunk of the work, most of it, happens in your day-to-day life outside the effects, so don't disregard that.

ive been dosing every 2-3 days the past few weeks and the improvements, the progress and just general well being is so great and insane. i dont know if this is a common thing for people but im def gonna keep going at this. would love to hear other peoples opinions and experiences.
Every person and their relationship with medicine is unique. There are so many factors at play that saying anything at all is like pointing a finger at the sky - you do point at something, but at what exactly? I've seen some intense periods in my oral use, but it was mostly one ceremony a week. More than that was hard to manage. It depends on your dose too, because harmala-focused work feels more doable. As others pointed out, it's all self-regulating, and at some point your use will readjust. Honeymoon periods are common and usually last until you get a substantial opening with a pretty difficult journey. That will be the real test of your character and how you'll relate to the medicine from then on.
