A lot of psychedelic mushrooms grow in Africa. You can most likely order some bark online, but you need to check your country's laws yourself. These experiences are available almost everywhere apart from Antarctica. You just need to look hard enough.

You'd have to take care with the distinction between 5-MeO-DMT and 'normal' DMT in that case, however.
