Mini a/b acidic solution holding onto spice?

Hi guys first post. I’ve been a lurker for a looooong time. My first few extractions I used cybs tek with decent results. This time I acquired some acrb so I tried ew’s tek. I’d never done the back salting but read every thread and decided it was the way to go. I got to the final pull and after the 3rd round of naphtha into my acidic solution, it ( the acidic solution ) became cloudy with white particles and a layer that won’t dissolve into nice warm clean naphtha. I’m hoping it’s not the goods, but I fear it is. Any solutions?

I only ran 100 g of acrb and so far have extracted .5. I have had the bark for about a year vacuumed sealed.

Hello,
if your backwash solution started translucent and became cloudy as you are backwashing more pulls (at least that is what I think was going om) then the pH of the backwash might have been changing from acidic to alkalic (basic). It should stay acid = translucent. The pulls can eat on the acid, the acid get's used up, but there should be enough to stay acidy. It can become yellower as the alks go into the acid-volume, but should stay pretty translucent though.
After backwashing all pulls is done, then a deliberate basing is done to expect cloudyness/white on purpose, to pull with naphtha.

PS: I've never worked Acacia really, apart from some fiddling with it, so maybe it's something acacia specific I've no knowledge of.
