Moon Rocks

I have no idea where to post MDMA questions on here, so sorry if I am in the wrong category and must be moved.

But I got a hold of some "moon rocks", i.e. supposed pure MDMA. This is from a trusted source and was tested. It is real.

I have taken ecstasy plenty of times in the past, but is has many years. We are going to have a healing ceremony where we will be taking 2.5 grams mushrooms with 100 mgs of moon rocks.

Main question is, are "moon rocks" or pure mdma at that amount WAY stronger than regular ecstasy tablets? Tablets are often 300 mgs, with 125 mgs of MDMA, so....might be the same?...

Anyway just wondering if anyone has experienced with moon rocks and how they compare to ecstasy tablets in strength?

:? Thats difficult to say. Comparing pure MDMA to ecstasy pills is a wrong thing.
Ecstasy was the name for MDMA pills untill ppl began to cut it with tons of different stuff. Be it caffeine or amphetamine or worse stuff like PMA.
Some people even say ecstasy is not MDMA even tho its supposed to be only MDMA.

I wouldnt even start to compare them to another. Especially not if you had no clue what you ate in the pills you try to compare them to.

Imo if you are not burned out on MDMA you should take roughly 100mg-150mg MAX

Avoid goin over 200mg defintetly. It will just be unconfortable.

These MDMA pills that have something like 200-300mg of mdma in them are like this because in the netherlands you can have a few pills legally so you usually split them between people.
This is what ppl tend to forget. The pills are not stronger because higher doses = better. They are stronger because in the netherlands (where most pills are made) they have easy ways to test the pills for free and thus they can know if they need to split the pills. And these pills are wanted because then you just need to have 2 pills for 4 people.

As ulim said it is difficult to compare. I've always felt the effects "harder" from Tablets or pressed pills etc. Then that always comes with some other side effect, be it not being able to urinate, clenching the jaw uncontrollably, stuff like that.

Where as with pure MDMA I am usually able to bypass all that nasty bodily stuff and only get the euphoric waves and such, maybe the occasional tight jaw. For a healing ceremony which... sounds lovely by the way, I would say you're on the right track with using "Moon Rocks?"

I have been on many MDMA ceremonies where "moonrocks" were used. The dosage was individual, based on person's previous experience, weight, intents and other factors.

We always took the crystals dissolved in a liquid (e.g. orange juice) and the dosing can also be done volumetrically by pre-dissolving the crystal in a known volume, thus knowing the w/v concentration and dosing precisely with a syringe. Note that the difference between 100 and 115 mg can be HUGE with MDMA.

100-130 mg was the most common dose. I would never go beyond 100 mg for a first-timer though I was dosed 140 mg my first time and it was an extremely positive, unchaining experience that brought me to tears days after... but everybody is different. Some people react badly even on low doses.

MAPS recommends doses of 75-80 mg for MDMA hydrochloride racemate (the most common form). They consider doses over 100 mg meaningless since the effects are stronger but the therapeutic potential lower. Speaking of ceremonial use...

I would highly recommend adding a supplementation regime. Antioxidants and magnesium are reasonably cheap and help your body a lot.

Blue magic, why did it bring you to tears after? I have had post X depression, but not every time, sometimes I felt happier after, sometimes depressed.

I am not a fan of mdma as I know the brain effects can be damaging or draining, but this is just what is on the menu at the moment. Im sure it will be fun, just never had pure stuff before so am wondering.

Yeah that too. More MDMA means more crash so take that into account.

Vitamins (C; B12)and a tall glass of milk + other supplements beforehand (1-3 hours). 5HTP 24 hours after last effects and a continuation of milk and supplements will reduce bad side effects.

Also you can add l-tyrosine to the mix after because it will get the Dopamine up that the MDMA will have spent during the trip as 5-HTP only replenishes serotonin.

I cried from happiness of having the opportunity to feel free again. I grew in a represive family, was bullied and lived mostly in fear I got used to. When it went away, I felt utter bliss and lots of gratitude afterward.

For me the crash comes on day 3, day 2 usually has a positive afterglow. Note that M continue to deplete your serotonin up to 5 days after the trip until it completely leaves the system.

No kidding, milk? I did not know that could be effective. Hmmm.

I originally thought the author meant "milk thistle", which is a herb helping to remedy hepatoxicity.

If you keep the dose lower, around 100mg or less the crash will be way less severe. The preload and post load regimine will do the trick. Exercise and the most important for me using as therapy is to start the session early enough to sleep. Sleep depravation on top of strong medicine is hard on the system. Be sure the day after you can rest a lot. At the end of the night I take melatonin and i sleep well and wake refreshed and in a glow.

Update:

So we took 2 grams of strong mushrooms, then 100 mgs pure MDMA 30 minutes later,

I was having near DMT like visions from the mushrooms, then the MDMA kicked in, the MDMA did take away my visions which was kind of disappointing, more focus on the body.

But we felt like newborn babies, helpless and vulnerable. Everyone was laid out on the floor on yoga mats, couldn't even move for about 3 hours, floored. It of course was possible to get up, but it felt so good to just lay there, literally either like a newborn baby, or even better floating around back in the womb.

Womb-like-newborn-baby-like-re-birth-phenomenological-experience.

The next afternoon I had a brain ache, but the MDMA brain effects are very minimal so far, barely even noticeable, I feel great. I will still wait a few months if I do it again, but nothing to complain about.

I still think I may prefer one or the other at a time, but was worth a try. I feel healed.

Some years ago, I've done this combo the other way around with the mushrooms about 3 hours in. Similarly, I was absolutely floored but the visuals were not suppressed - indeed, I still remember them to this day. Also, a hibernating toad woke up directly underneath me as I laid in my tent, which was poetically beautiful.

I still think I may prefer one or the other at a time, but was worth a try. I feel healed.

So, far be it for me to recommend anything - but it was a particularly wonderful experience
