Hey guys any of you have any experience in drinking harmala syrian rue and smoking emesh with it ? What dose you recommend for one tea and how long to wait till smoking nn ?

I usually advise that one makes its way with rue only first to get used to it. Standard dose is 3-5g seeds but some people are comfortable with just 2g or even less. You can use plain seeds or powder them but it might be more messy to filter. Slightly acidify simmering water, especially if your tap water is hard/calcareous. Lemon juice does the job for this purpose, vinegar as well but it will add more nastiness to an already nasty taste. Boil for 30-45mn, filter. It's better to be fasted for 2 hours before. Also, check MAOI drugs combination contraindication, some may be deadly, especially with serotonin releasers. After harmalas intake I usually wait 45-60mn before I start aerosolizing DMT but the harmalas peak is at 90-120mn. The effects of harmalas generally last around 6 hours, so it is possible to have several DMT sessions in a row.
