what will more solvent do??

There is only a certain amount of DMT in the plant material. The teks most frequently used are effective at getting pretty much all of it out of the plant. More solvent doesn't change how much DMT is in the plant, it just means you have more solvent.

I normally follow the Q21 jimjam tek pretty much to the letter and I normally get a 1% yield.
Last week I used only vinegar and no water, i then allowed the acidification stage to sit for 2 days before basing. I then allowed the base stage to sit for 2 days before doing my normal 3x1hr limonene pulls followed by a 4th 24hr pull.
I stopped at 4 as the 4th yielded only 100mgs.
This resulted in a 1.5% yield. I was very happy:d
It was the same batch of bark.

Yeah, really it's just a matter of letting your bark acidify/basify for as long as possible, and then doing pulls until you stop pulling anything.
Not a bad idea to keep your bark mixture sitting for a while, agitating occasionally, for some time after you do your first set of pulls. You might get 95% of the DMT in the bark with the first set if you do your tek right, but time always helps scratch out every last bit.
Also, if your interested in the broader spectrum of alkaloids in the bark, using something like xylene and limonene will get you more yield, though perhaps not what you really want.

i always have the hardest time figuring out if the mimosa bark is all used up or im doing somthing wrong and getting a low yeild.:surprised

well i keep getting really low yeilds like less than a bowl each time and i let the solution sit for about a day agitating it somtimes and then i roll it around and let it reform the 2 layers then i pull the layer off witha pipette and then freeze it for about 24 hours then i pour the solvent into another contanier and put the jar back with the lid off for about and hour and a half then when i com back theres only a couple white crystals.

i did like 5 i used 30g of mimosa 30g of lye and like 900 ml of water because i have powder and not the root. and i did about 60 ml of bestine i leave it in my freezer for about 20 or so my freezer is a deeper freezer easily freeze ice cream rock hard. i always reuse my solvent.

You are using quite a lot of solvent, so the chances are that the reason you're not getting much from the freeze precip is because the solvent is not saturated enough. Before freezing the solvent, let it evaporate until it goes cloudy. Once the solvent is nice and cloudy then stick it in the freezer and more of the DMT should precipitate out of it. If the solvent was clear when you last done a freeze then that will be why you got so little out of it.

if yes that should be enough. as the guy said try to evap a bit till its get cloudy and then put it back to freezer. Or you can evap it all. I would not reuse solvent many times. In fact I do not reuse solvent ever. Once I have done freezprecip I just evaporate all naphtha to get the rest.

Some say naphtha loses potency to pull enough spice after many use unless you distil it and then use again. But this is not my experience.
I know how I do the extraction and it works every time so I must be doing something right.
My advice is from my experience its up to the guy to decide.
