Muscle memory & ketamine

Anyone else feel like ketamine is like a full body & mind reset in a sense where it makes it easier to establish new muscle memory that overwrites the incorrect muscle memory one might've developed while growing up? For example say someone established improper tai chi habits rushing through their movements rather than focusing on maintaining their breathing & keeping good form. Yet once they got older and recognized that issue they struggled with changing it to the proper way even when they focused on it because the improper way of moving was engrained into their muscle memory, but with ketamine it's like that old muscle memory is completely gone making it much easier to establish the proper way of moving through the motions the right way. Has anyone felt like they've noticed or experienced anything like this while using k?

Edit: Just for clarification I am in no way suggesting anyone should try lifting weights while on K... I changed the example to use tai chi as an example as while it may not be as relatable it would be a much safer activity.

You're 100% correct... I was just using the hypothetical situation as an example. I appreciate you pointing out that it is not a good idea to attempt that without having a sober medical professional nearby that can guide the training and help if anything goes wrong. That is definitely something that I should've taken into consideration before posting and I do apologize for that. I was in no way trying to suggest anyone to attempt the hypothetical situation mentioned.

Yes.

I could make a whole thread about this and have thought about it a lot for the past 3 days. Here is why in a simple short answer.

I can walk fairly well without intense leg pain and my foot going numb, because I took ketamine 3 nights ago.

It’s been 2 months now since my most recent flare up of sacroiliitis in my right side. It’s from spondylitis. I had to miss a week of work and go back on full doses of meds and still my toes were burning then going numb with intense sciatic nerve pain if I put pressure on my SI joint. It can get to like 9 out of 10 pain and I can go from surfing and working to slowly limping around real fast. I’ve been pushing through pain with nsaids to work and forcing short surf sessions.

Finally gave up 3 nights ago and snorted a few bumps of S isomer. My last experience was probly 5-6 months ago.

I won’t go into trip details but it was good…and I was pleased to find that I had about 50% reduction of pain/inflammation and could handle trimming hedges etc at work. Then I was able to skateboard last night.

I don’t know why it works but it does somehow. I know my condition is indicated somewhat for ketamine and pain clinics here use it.

Anyway as I write this I’m now camping on a pretty awesome beach and will be taking a ketamine journey under the stars tonight.

I feel like there I a lot of tension I hold on my body is odd ways and maybe ketamine helps me unconsciously address it so it can release through better posture.

No idea why it helps with the lifting but could be contributing.

Again I want to stress that no one should be trying to lift weights while using K... That was a horrible example, which is why I edited the original post. I was more so trying to open the conversation on the importance of intent while using ketamine as while it feels like it's possible to overwrite bad habits with good ones then the opposite could be true as well with overwriting good habits with bad ones. The debilitating effects also need to be acknowledged too, which is why weight lifting on K would be a horrible idea... So yeah with that clarification stated I'd like to read more of other people's thoughts on the possibility of ketamine being able to affect established muscle memory and make it possible to establish new muscle memory in place of old muscle memory.

Edit: Another part of the discussion I'd like to open for anyone who has access to isolated S/R isomer batches and can create a racedemic dose as well as doses in varying ratios. What are your experiences like in relation to the subject of reestablishing muscle memory?
