Yeah one of my all time favs.. I like it more than Ott's other albums actually.. closely followed by "Mir"

Scott Walker penned tune from the Walker Brothers comeback album. Apparently it is about a torturer under Pinochet's regime. The break and orchestration just after the 2 minute and 3 minute marks give me the chills.
