Black metal like Thulcandra..

Traditional heavy metal is rooted in blues rock, acid rock and psychedelic rock but modern metal kicks the intensity to a whole new level...

It's not just screaming and making noise, if you listen to it with an open mind you will realize that they are legitimately good musicians that know how to play their instruments.
 
I find DSBM (Depressive Suicidal Black Metal) very cathartic
Don't listen if you're under the influence of any psychedelic.
