My first extraction pics!

Alright, so after my first extraction with my friend, using this tek (with slight changes) we had this.

This is the second extraction of the same plant material using the same method.

What do you guys think? I think it was a decent for a first go. We used 100g of MHRB. I have the pics and trip-report up on this thread too.

Very nicely done, SWIM used to think crystal white matters but the yellow is usually less harsh and easier to work with.

Looks very decent for 100g, 1% or more (SWIM's guessing since you didn't post the weigh you don't have a scale)

SWIM read your trip report, and was pretty shocked, 1/4 of it and not even a breakthrough, SWIM recommends building "the machine"
SWIM could breakthrough on less than 1/20 of that by the looks of it.

Either way it seems you've got the extraction tek down, just need the smoking tek

Yes, congradulations on obtaining some spice, though it is a tad crude. Do swim a favor...go get some ammonia and a coffee filter. Get about 10ml of ammonia,put it in a shot glass and freeze for 30 min. Put DMT in coffee filter, and wash with ammonia. End product will be pure white DMT crystals. For even purer spice repeat until paper white.

ammonia has kinda been found to not work as well as previously though...just heat a small amount of heptane or naphtha and put in spice...then pour naptha off anything that didnt get absorbed..and throw the naphtha in the freeezer

yep yep...jorkest's idea is solid. ammonia can be moderately effective but can also dramtically shrink your yield.... i would go with a hot heptane rextal, pour the clear stuff off from the gunk that collects at the bottom of the jar and then either freeze or just evap that.

OR.... if you want to keep that yellowy, planty vibe (i actually enjoy slightly yellow spice), you can disslove what you've got there into a little acetone and add an equal part of any of the following (mullein, lavender, peppermint, cannibis, ground caapi, pau d'arco....etc...) and you will have a delicious changa that you may very well enjoy even more than the plain yellow you've got there! that's probably what i would do....but then again...

I would recommend against cannabis, I have noticed it decreases effects.

Thanks much. I sure do hope it was 1% or more, because I've got another 400g of the same stuff to extract.
You're right though, I had no scale when I was done extracting it. I'll buy one soon (when I have some money). I didn't get to use anything from the second extraction, but apparently it was incredible and gave 10 trips worth. I'll check out "the machine".

that actually looks exactly like my first extraction, after I've done recrystallization and smoked both i can say i prefer yellow or orange dmt instead of white... something about those oils..
