Hello fellow members,
I'll start by saying thanks for this site and all the information contained within. Took a lot of successes and failures, and collaboration between civilized adults so that others may follow the same path safely, educated, and passionate about what they are doing. So, much respect here to everyone who has contributed ever so slightly to what makes the nexus so informative and helpful.
I've been lurking around here for a little over a year now, but just felt it was finally time to make an account. I've learned so much here. Maybe eventually I'll have something to contribute. I probably wouldn't even know about the nexus had I not heard about Salvia. Even though I've never had the chance to try it. Of course my state made it illegal before I had the chance, but it didn't stop me from researching it. Trying to obtain it which eventually led me to spice. I'm familiar with shrooms, lsd, weed, but had no clue on the others. More I researched and learned about dmt the more I was drawn to it. Reading everyone's personal experiences only fueled my curiosity to the point of going nuclear. I lead a busy life between my career and family and don't really have time for the long trips of shrooms or lsd. One aspect that I was liking about dmt..the short intense duration of the journey. So as I slowly aquired some acrb, after realizing mimosa was also unobtainable here, researching more on teks and extraction methods I finally settled on the lazy man tek, one because it seemed so easy and it wasn't very time consuming as mine is limited. Low and behold SUCCESS. After freeze precip and poured out vm&p whitish crystals all over my Pyrex dish and my first impression was "boy this stuff smells funky". I let it dry out for a couple days before scraping it up. Now what to do. I didn't have a vaporizer at the time so I spiced up some blue lotus flower. As I hit my pipe I again thought "boy this taste funky". Held a moderate hit in for 15-20 seconds and exhaled slowly about 10 seconds later I felt it coming on, visual distortions started almost as fast.
I won't go into much detail at this time because I'm sure most here understand first time and first impressions of dmt. But as of now my mouth waters when I smell it. I catch whiffs of it in unsuspecting places. The taste is something I enjoy now. And the journey....well..it just seems so right and familiar. For what it does for me I'll be forever grateful and respectful to and for it.
All in all this wouldn't have happened nor would I have been enlightened had it not been for everyone here contributing their information. I kind of enjoy feeling like a mad little scientist in my basement extracting something so wonderful. I see there are many who like the same thing as well. I look forward to chatting and exchanging info with everyone. And again thanks to you all for helping make this to happen.

I welcome so many or at least try to, because I seen so many not getting any replies and didn't want them to feel like the nexus community was full of stuck up, or uninterested people. Only takes a few seconds to read an essay and say hi. So not any trouble at all. I'd been lurking around here for a bit so I had the just of how it was and to not worry or have my feelings bothered by it, really wasn't no sweat off my back.
