i am happy for you you have turned from self-destructive behavior more to healing and spirituality very nice!
have you had an ayahuasca ceremony with an indiginous shaman yet? since it's not that impossible when you're in germany ...
i did and i am not even sure what i am more in awe about, the medicine itself or the shamanic healing work being done, the whole traditional ceremony with those spirits they call ... this experience left me in such awe what ancient traditional use of plant spirit medicine is about, and that it really exists and is experiencable today even if you're not in the jungle. the greatest gift i could give to myself! i can only wish it for everyone who wants especially when there is need for healing, and where isn't ...
