Hey whats up Nexus? I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

I'm a long time explorer of psychedelic substances, became interested in them at the age of 14, same time I started studying Jungian psychoanalysis and various metaphysical schools of thought both East and West. I'm 28 now, so that was about 14 years ago, when the internet was still relatively young. I devoured as much info on erowid as I could. I absolutely loved the stuff, even though it was not until I was 16 that I actually got my hands on some Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds. It was several years later before I even did LSD and Psilocybin mushrooms. And only recently, maybe a month ago, have I been able to acquire DMT. Of course it has blown me away. I have been using a glass bulb pipe but have just ordered the GVG!

I am particularly interested in getting the nebulizer method to work. I have a friend who has one and we will be attempting to get it to work using 5-meo-DMT hcl, so I will most certainly be chiming in on those discussions. It appears that most of them, as others have noted, don't ever achieve any results. Some people have come up with some interesting possible solutions, but I could find no one actually confirming that they have gotten this method to work. I am also seeking promotion so that I can comment in those threads.

Another concern of mine is the purity of my 5-meo-DMT. I would like to learn a method for purifying what I have, so if anyone can tell me how to do that it would be most appreciated. I am not very knowledgeable of organic chemistry, though I do intend to change that.

Welcome! I'll be interested in hearing how it works out with the GVG. I was a little put off by the steep learning curve that some have mentioned. And I managed to find an effective delivery method with the box vaporizer I use for cannabis.

I haven't had the pleasure of 5meoDMT, but i hope the opportunity presents itself some day.

I think for most people who have listened to Mckenna and read about DMT for years this is hardly a deterrent. DMT is in everything! Its absolutely ridiculous! Why DMT? Why this particular molecule? There's still so much we don't know.

Oh yeah, I just meant the learning curve with the GVG. The McKenna lectures are what got me into this stuff, though I'm certainly not unique in this regard.

Yeah McKenna is great! ...and I just got my GVG! Apparently no one was home to sign for it so its been sitting at the post office for the past week. I got my torch, so I am ready to blast off! I went with the GVG as so many on these forums seem to recommend it. As I mentioned above, I've been using glass bulb pipes, but I haven't been able to breakthrough with them.

So you've been using a box vaporizer? Have you been able to breakthrough with it? I've been researching the nebulizer idea that a few people have been tossing around. I have a friend who has lung problems and who can't risk vaping, which is why I am primarily looking into it. Though I am pretty into the idea of vaping shroom extract. He already has a nebulizer and I got the 5-meo-dmt because of its higher potency.

I've been using the vapor brothers box vaporizer and i have indeed broken through. It requires a goofy method. Since spice won't stay in the whip the way herb will, the spotter will just hold the whip upright and lower the box/heating element onto the whip. I haven't found anyone else out there who uses this unit for DMT, but it works for me.
