Name that crystal?

I found these in my fridge, seems they grew over the last 2 weeks.

Can anyone guess what they are? (beside pretty)

I'll give more hints if people can't get it.

It has a fumaric acid look to it. So I’m guessing it's either fumaric acid or a fumarate of some sort.
 
Hint: It's non-psychedic, but it is common

It's not fumaric acid. good guess though.
 
It's citric acid?

One time SWIM tried making mescaline citrate. It didn't work for some reason, and he ended up with just citric acid, and the crystals did look somewhat like that picture.

Baking soda!

Made a saturated solution with tap water and put it in the fridge to see if anything would precipitate. After 2 days it seemed there was nothing but today BAM.

I suppose that starting with a warm solution would produce more crystals or evaporating it instead.

Pretty for baking soda, eh?
