Need others opinions and /experiences on how some people appear on dmt

A lot of strange things can happen on dmt I understand that but something I've found quite confronting is how some people appear on dmt and was wondering about anyone elses experiences/thoughts on this.

Some people turn a sick looking green and I've found these people to almost always be untrustworthy, one looked EXACTLY like the grinch! Another theme I've noticed is some look like a witch rockin' a nose wart and all, my friend said she seen it too during the trip. Then some others look beautiful with porcelain like skin

I've seen some very peculiar phenomenon when the lights are on after being dark in ayahuasca ceremonies and I look at someone's face. It won't be everyone. It'll be particular people, their faces looking totally different. Much like you describe.

Sometimes I have been able to verify things in a metaphoric sense that I picked up. One instance a man looked like he was dead and his skin was falling off, rotting, basically a zombie. I got this heavy air of death around him and avoided him (I mean this was a strict dieta style retreat so not much interaction anyway). At the end I found out his father passed away at the start of the retreat.

Other times it seems random but who knows maybe there is a connection to something tangible maybe not. The way that it only happens with some people while everyone else's face looks normal is very strange and hints to me that there is something more to it than merely psychedelically induced hallucination.

Interesting. This might be some modulated manifestation of the gut sensory system. You know the saying "I can feel it in my gut" - part of that "feeling" has to do with the pheromones a person secretes that you pick up with your olfactory system. Science still doesn't understand the gut sensory system very well, but we know it has to do with pheromones. So I guess the question here is - does this happen only with people that are physically present in an area with you, or does it also occur with images/videos of people? The answer to that question will rule out or partially confirm the above.

Science still doesn't understand the gut sensory system very well, but we know it has to do with pheromones. So I guess the question here is - does this happen only with people that are physically present in an area with you, or does it also occur with images/videos of people? The answer to that question will rule out or partially confirm the above.

I will have to look at videos or pictures. I've honestly never watched a video while journeying with dmt or aya. I have watched a movie once when I first had mushrooms. There was facial distortion but it was quite a bit different. In my experience it's like a true hallucination, it's as if the person infront of me is actually a troll or actually wearing a plague doctor mask (true story), or actually has talons as feet. So far I would say only real life but that could be totally off the mark because I haven't enough experience with not real life.

I’ve had similar experiences with my husband sometimes he turns all purple, like from head to toe. Other times all his body hair disappeared. I have looked at a photo and video to see if it happened there also and it does not he looks normal.

I've honestly never watched a video while journeying with dmt or aya.

I have, it's actually rather interesting, especially with a tv projector lol. For me personally, during the come up i can't really watch anything or do much of anything but just sit/lay down and let the process unfold, but afterwards like during the peak when things are stable, i've watched some movies/tv shows while on Aya and it's often times like i can tell when people are acting, things also look quite HD, and there's trailing/tracers when people are moving, it looks cool/interesting, i can also be quite immersed into what i'm watching, and can like feel/sense the persona of the characters if that makes sense. Overall though i think it's interesting to experience and i don't see anything wrong with it, though there's more important things to do and learn about than watching tv lol. But i highly recommend a projector and a huge screen while "tripping", it's much better than a tv lol.
