New account but not a new member!

Hey everyone, it's Toshido.

Been busy with work the last year or two and went through a move so have been MIA. Looks like the forum moved to new location a while back, and by the time I had tried the account recovery it wouldn't work for me.

It said it emailed a temporary password to my email associated with the account but it never sent anything. When that didn't work I tried the "forgot password" method on this site and that too did not send an email. So I must be locked out somehow.

Is The Traveler still around that could help with account recovery? Or are mods now able to help with that?

Anyways, happy to be back, and will be getting back into extraction experiments over the winter so I hope I can get this resolved so I can update my TEK. If you're having trouble remembering me, here is my TEK from 2023.

Lastly, very glad to be back and will be in and around the chat.

I was just discussing this with someone. Cell Lysis can improve yields by up to 50%, although with powdered MHRB the yields are a little less, like 20% but still worth it, especially for my experimental runs.

Freeze/Thawing an acidic solution gave a much better yield, and adding salt before Cell Lysis yielded WORSE results.

You should try it, based on my results it absolutely helps.
