Hello, nexus. I've been a long time reader, but finally decided it was time to join the forum. I have had a fascination with psychedelics and other entheogens for a long long time, begining with my self-medication of anxiety and depression with marijuana, but soon I found myself in a whole world of possibilities (perhaps too young, heh.) I have a fair amount of experience under my belt though I am still a youngin, searching for answers. My reason for finally joining the forum and not just reading is because I am examning the possibility of letting harmalas be my teacher, because I think it sounds appropriate for my psychology. I used to drink a lot to get through highschool, then totally dropped it and began using kratom. 3 years of kratom use has left me dependent, obviously. I am productive and happy, but I want more out of life, I want a teacher who will connect me to my inner self in a deeper and nourishing way. I have also lost a lot of weight since using kratom, and it is begining to concern me (I eat plenty) I'm tired of withdrawals too. I'm not a heavy user, about 10-14g of plain kratom per day. I was hoping to get some advice about this transition, can I move into microdose harmalas while I taper, or do I need to clean myself out better. I've read a lot about microdosing harmalas, but will still do more research. any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Microdose harmala with almost anything is fine. Correct information and safe measure for what you are taking is necessary.
