Hey everyone
No breakthrough yet but I feel I'm close
I had one freakout lol the rest were very calming.
My last attempt was the freakout. It was no smooth at all! But after understanding it was fear because I was loosing consciousness I realised a lot about myself for some reason and then realised Theirs nothing to be afraid of.... physically anyway
During this trip, I had the strong overlay of geometric pattern, my body was shaking and vibrating, chest was tight, what freaked me out was the intense heart rate. I heard this loud humming like an engine or something, i have meditation experience and I know the sensation of the chakras very well... they were well and truly building up I could feel my energy rising into them and the tip of my head opened and I could feel a string like type energy pulling in and out and then the humming became louder and the visuals abd body vibration was in sync with this humming. Very strong multicoloured visuals and complex patterns. By the time I stopped freaking out and surrendered the dmt was wearing off unfortunately. But afterwards I felt the energy flow back down abd then settle as it was before.
I feel this trip although wasnt a breakthrough, gave me a lesson that this is just my own energy and I have nothing to fear physically.
all i ask from these experiences is not to show me what i want but what I need no matter how beautiful or ugly the trips may be
