New to this, looking to start out large

I'm a little overwhelmed looking through this forum trying to find everything I need to know, but honestly there is just so much, and I have no clue which tek to choose or anything of the sort. So I have here a list of questions. I'm not picky.

Necessary information:
* I'm in a studio apartment with surrounding jeighbors
* I want to do bulk sizes

1. Which tek is best for bulk?

2. Is MMHB still readily available? When I ventured this idea years ago I remember reading that there were limits placed on how much bark you could buy.

3. Long term storage? Freeze, vacuum seal, how long, dos and don't?

4. Safety is my main concern, is there "safer" bulk methods out there or do they all come with the same danger?

5. I read something about pressure cookers? thisthis method piqued my curiosity.

6. Does having a fan blowing in the kitchen, pointed towards an open window do a decent job at removing the smell from a kitchen?

Typically how much does it cost to get started doing a bulk method?

That's a bummer, I purely wanted a bulk tek in order to have one go at it and not have to worry about my supply for some time.

Depends what you define as bulk. If you want to extract say 300 g of bark you can get 4-6g of pure crystal. It should last you a very long time. And you can probably ask for help for such an amount, or find info on the forum.

Just don't ask for info on amounts that are clearly commercial.

Bulk extractions are not supported here.

It's either for selling or if not it's a very high risk to have such a big amount sitting at home.

We do not need more news reports about DMT busts.
