Can anyone tell me why there is a little pot plant under my avatar?

Thanks hon. That is what I assumed but I notice some people have symbols under their avatars of different kinds and some people don't. I gather that the ranking system is independent of the nursery system since I am not ranked a 'spirit' anymore and yet I am still limited to posting in the nursery and have the little pot plant symbol. So the nursery is a time-based thing, is that right? But the ranking system is based on the number of postings?

I only just realisd what the pot plant meant lol. Mines gone now, kinda liked it too.

Yeah and mods have shields and folk with proven chemistry knowledge have the little flask.
