OK to use ROEBIC drain opener for extractions?

Is it safe to use ROEBIC crystal drain opener, which is %100 sodium hydroxide (Caustic soda) for extractions, or has anyone used this stuff? According to these type of instructions:

yep youre good to go. roebic is the only 100% lye i can source locally.
