any one know like how to use say... like a cup of powdered root bark would equal how many grams?? or a conversion like that ....don't have access to scales and don't have any other way to weigh out a 100 gm ...thanks

In some countries, illicit substances and a scale can transform an "user" to a "dealer". I'm not saying this is the case... but it's a usefull tool in a lot of situation too... so one may want to borrow one from a friend, or buy one and borrow to a friend :)

If you don't have a scale now, youre going to need one once you get your spice extracted if you want to be a responsible first time user. You can get food scales for cheap at almost any box store, like Walmart. If you can't afford two scales, just get a milligram one (.001), and use that to weigh your MHRB in multiple incriments to 100g's.

Yup. I used a weight watchers food scale. Food scales work great and you can get them almost anywhere they sell food related things, like blenders, toaster ovens and you will see the scales there.
You can't eyeball it. How are you going to measure your lye? Can't eyeball that because it is heavier than mimosa.
Think of it as an investment which will help you forever doing extractions, and help you to not screw up something you ordered (rootbark) and have worked so hard for (extracting).

The only thing though about food scales are they are for weighing grams. It will not help you with you spice doses. You will need to order that one too.

gooldteefs,

Have you procured a scale yet? I just read that you had a rough ride and wonder if this might be related. stuck in a loop forever god help me - Welcome discussion - Welcome to the DMT-Nexus

It's very important to weight out doses of crystal. Especially in the early experience days in my opinion.

So, gram or kg scale for mimosa if you feel it's necessary and most definitely mg scale for dosing. You can get one inexpensively at Amazon and other online retailers. Just search mg scale or jeweler's scale.

Which brings me to: Are these early experience days for you?

Why haven't you taken a little bit of time to write and post an Introduction Essay? I know I for one and perhaps others who posted in your other thread referenced above, would like to learn more about you.

So, please if you don't mind, before going any further, take some time to introduce yourself to us, okay? I want to formally welcome you and learn more about you.

A kitchen without scales is more suspicious than a kitchen with scales, at least in my eyes. :)
I do agree with the suggestions to invest in accurate scales (.001g preferably).
I presume you purchased MHRB from a vendor, which I consider to be considerably riskier.
Best of luck.
