So, after 2 kilos SIWM masters getting .7-1% pure white from lazy man tek in 24 hours.

600ml water - 100g food grade lye beeds

100g MHRB

let sit for a half hour mixing every now and then.

Add 1 Cup CROWN VP&N naptha (crown is the only one ive come across that leave white crystals not yellow)

mix for an hour off and on.

Then pull with a turkey blaster and evap off the naptha until the liquid can be placed in a shot class and the liquid only comes up to half way on the shot glass.

while thats doing that, put a half cup of naphtha in the lye mix and let sit for 3-4 hours. mixing every now and then. after that pull off that layer and let evap until can fit in two shot glases as stated above. put plastic wrap over them and set in freezer over night... in the morning dump out the naptha and dry out your glasses and you will have nice white powder! .7-1g of white per 100g mhrb. best yields ever

Hope this helps some of you!

No it was pre powdered bark. and the consistancy is perfect lye water mhrb mix, mixes well and separates perfects not to sludgy or watery. Like stated before, SWIM practiced with alot of diff Lye,water, mhrb mix and this is the best! Yields from yesterday are 1.2G :) Better and Better everytime. Dont understand why people need to do the acid wash...seems like a wast of time. and more money to cough up...STB has giving pure white :)

No shit.
There's probably another at least half a gram to be gained if anybody feels like grinding up a bunch of nasty basified bark.
Barring that, let it sit for a couple of weeks (months?) and you'll glean more.

Hey, I'm glad you're around for this discussion, Noman!

...and I'm glad for this very SIMPLE thread! Thank you tequila748.

Now the further questions are:

1) When/why/how to do FURTHER pulls?

2) Would one expect to BEGIN to see "non-white imperfections" with further pulls?

3) What should one do about imperfections of further pulls?

4) When should one GIVE UP making pulls?

5) What about the issues of:
a) Heating the MHRB-lye mixture?
b) Re-using naphtha vs. non-white results?

Full answers to these questions will NICELY complete my understanding (and potential utility) for the Lazyman's Tek.

Thank you Noman and tequila 748
