perindopril erbumine and Hamala's

hello,

a friend of mine has high blood pressure and takes perindopril erbumine to controll this. He has been vaping DMT for a few years now and is interested in taking a Pharma journey. Is there going to be any negative effects of combining this medication with full spec Rue hamala's along with DMT?

I know that high blood pressure and DMT are not the greatest of bed fellows but he hasnt had any problems so far.

Perindopril is an ACE inhibitor (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitor); it has no adverse interaction with MAOIs/RIMAs which makes the combination contra-indicated.

Great to hear this. I should have asked this question a long time ago as I am currently on this medication and have been missing a dose on the day of a journey. I now feel confident to drink aya while on the medication.

I've also found that dmt elevates my blood pressure for a few days after so I have greatly reduced my intake of late. Mainly just ingest now if i feel out of wack or need some help on sorting things out in my head.

I have now taken a couple of ayahuasca journeys while on this medication and experienced no issues.
