Psilocybin and terbinafine

I have been wanting to take some mushrooms recently but I am currently taking terbinafine for a nail fungus issue. I was told to not drink on it as it inhibits the enzymes that also work on alcohol, and it would just make me super sick.
I know mushrooms also get processed in the liver, so I'm wondering if it's safe to consume them while on this medication? The enzymes that are inhibited are squalene epoxidase.

CYP2D6 is what specifically is inhibited. I'm reading that this enzyme is responsible for a large portion of psilocybins metabolism.
Does this mean it just won't have an effect if this is inhibited?

Inhibiting enzymes could potentiate mushrooms. I would avoid using shrooms while on such medication, unless it's confirmed to be safe (or synergic )

I decided to try a very small amount. Like .2 of some pan cyans. It turned out fine.
After looking further into it I figured that if anything, it would just last longer.
