I think it would be better to share the DOI, as it will survive link rot much better. Plus, just prefixing the DOI with https://sci-hub.ru/ allows immediate access to the non open access ones

Please, go ahead - that's a most sensible idea. I was just providing a starting point after stumbling across a wad of interesting papers, and had the vague idea in the background of sorting it out afterwards. I have a cold and am thus feeling a tad mentally sluggish today.
