Would a steam distillation of phalaris be useful?
Edit; does anyone know if you could do a steam distillation of medical mushrooms to pull out there medical compounds? Or would it destroy them.
im into didtilling things alot however i never tried distilling DMT plants. one time i distilled sarsaparilla and my condenser got clogged up with crystals i lster found out these white crystals with a rosy hue were parrillin all i can say is try it but i dont think it will work if it does it most likely will not contain DMT
If it doesn't pull dmt do you think it would defat the plant for extraction? I plan on getting a steam distillation setup for mushroom tinctures and essential oils. I'll post results on the process when i can.
