so i'm interested in Pharmahuasca but not 100% sure about the procedure. I was thinking of getting a liquid harmaline 5x extract as my MAOI, its supposed to have 75mg per dropper. I also am going to use freebase DMT. Now what i'm confused about is how much of the harmaline extract i should take and should i mix it with grapefruit juice, also what should i do before hand like fasting before i take it. then how long should i wait to take the freebase DMT, what would be a good dosage and should i also mix it with grapefruit juice. thx in advance

I'm not sure about your MAOI dose cause I'm not quite clear on exactly what you have. I think 250mg harmalas is the amount averagely needed for MAO inhibition. I like to fast before I eat it. Pretty much if you just fast the day you take it, you should be fine. If you plan on taking it later at night, then I'd say to at least give it 3 hours beforehand of not eating. I would take the DMT 20 min after taking the MAOI. It's hard to say what a good dosage, and it seems that this is one of the more up-in-the-air numbers when it comes to dosages (such a great difference between what people normally like to take). Some find incredible experiences with 30mg while others need 200mg! Sensitivity varies greatly, and so to ere on the side of caution, I would start at 30mg for your first time and work your way up consequent times. If you take the 30mg and it ends up being too weak (and I would wait at least 2 hours before making this decision on the first time) you can always take a hit or two of vaped spice to knock the experience up to the next level. Mixing it with grapefruit juice would be a good idea too (should reduce nausea somewhat).

start low with the spice, vape if you're not where you want to be after some time

I take harmalas and spice together or wait maybe 5-10 minutes between harmalas and spice. More is def. not necessary and may cause you to purge before all the spice is absorbed. I like to eat very lightly on the day I take it but I usually eat a piece of bread right before and one right after I take it, otherwise my stomach doesn't feel right.

sensitivities do vary greatly... for some reason I used to be able to get great experiences with 80-100mg dmt-fumarates, but now I'm at 200mg... and this is not an organic/tollerance issue. In any case just start with a low dose and figure out what it's like.
taking harmalas on their own first is also good if you want to get to know them first, but not really necessary.

Yep, in that case it sounds like 3 drops should mean you're good to go.
