Pindolol + DMT

After recently reading Dr. Strassman's journal article "Human psychopharmacology of N,N-DMT" I noticed that he did a study using Pindolol, a 5-HT(1,4) full agonist before administering DMT to volunteers using a 30mg oral dose.

"Volunteers found that pindolol pre-treatment enhanced DMT effects by two to three times..."

Has anyone ever tried this?

I'm wondering if this is common knowledge and whether or not anyone has ever tried this with vaporized DMT at full dose?

i've also heard of this, but opted for another 5HT2a modulator that isn't a beta-blocker... aniracetam.
