Pink Eye and vaping

What r u really afraid of...
I developed pink eye about a month and a half ago, I used antibiotics and it went away. But now when I hit the spice my eye seems to get very irritated. The spice came from ACRB and the one I got from MHRB never gave me any problems. Has anyone ever experienced this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Never heard of that. Maybe you're rubbing your eyes when broken through without realizing it. I'd say, give your eyes some time to heal, then make sure you wash your pipe and hands before journeying.
 
You know what I actually wash my GVG with rubbing alcohol and just let it dry, for days before I use it. Do you think I should follow up with just a plain water rinse?

I don't know how useful they are, but I found MSDS sheets for N,N-DMT, 4-AcO-DMT and 5-MeO-DMT and they all say that it can cause severe eye irritation if rubbed in the eye.

Is it possible that when you exhale the air might be causing some vaporized alkaloids to land in your eye? It might not be enough that people would normally notice it, but if your eye was hypersensitive (like it might be as it recovers from an infection), maybe it could be more reactive?

I honestly don't know how much of this data to take seriously, but it's a start. They say N,N- is toxic if swallowed, which we know is BS, so tread cautiously.

I think cleaning it and giving it days to dry, there shouldn't be any alcohol left. Maybe try wearing safety goggles to keep vapors and your hands away from your eyes. (You do have some for extracting, right? If not get some!)

You might look kind of funny vaping DMT wearing safety goggles, but our bodies never really look their best when we're not in em!
 
I don't have Pink Eye, but I do have somewhat frequent infections in my eyelids: The talcon glands between my eyelash-hair follicles seem to get clogged up with hardened talcon. Often this will lead to a diffuse infection that subsides within the next couple of days. Sometimes it hardens and develops into a condtion called "Galasion" that has to be surgically removed :/ Had to do that twice now.


A way to avoid this is to wash your face and eyes with hot water more frequently and to change pillow-casings more frequently. Maybe by doing this you could avoid pink eye too.
