Place to find VM&P locally...

Hello all. I am new to the site. Someone I know is in need of some vm&p naptha and i don't know where to tell him to start. i don't want him order it via the mail due to his paranoia. he would appreciate any info if available. I apologize if this has been stated somewhere in another thread. I looked everywhere. thanks!

For peple in Europe, where "Hempel" products are aviable, there is thinner product of tha company with No. 823.
It's nice that there is a hard to detect residue after evaporating.

Yup Ace Hardware has it all. Lowes is really nice also. Although around here SWIMS friend can't get any Roebic or anything of the sort. The only thing is the VM&P naphtha. Had to venture online for the other stuff.
