a lot of things that come up from what you say. I will see if I can find more about those medicines (or if someone else does), I do not know about their interaction with MAOIs.
First thing that pops to mind was that you took a very large dose (people should start with 3g rue and 50mg dmt). But anyways this would only affect the trip itself, not the day after.
Second thing that pop to mind, and I honestly mean no offense with this: Are you hypochondriac? You define yourself according to all these categories, seem quite familiar with pharmaceuticals, you measure your own pulse and blood pressure, you are affraid of things like tetanus infection (never ever ever heard or even thought of this related with syrian rue, where did you pull that one from? where is your rue from, btw). Maybe self-suggestion is playing a big part here?
Harmalas from rue, as well as dmt, will be very quickly metabolized, they dont linger in your system for days. Also, any possible serotonin syndrome (which would be more related to SSRI medication, not your case, but anyways gotta research more on your medication to see how are its pharmacological pathways) would happen soon after ingestion while the chemicals are still in your system, not days after either.
What I would recommend for now:
1- Research more about your medication and possible interactions before ingesting again
2- In general, (not related to your problem but) try to avoid eating heavy food like fried things before ingesting these substances. No need to fast but at least eat light
3- Dont panic! Try to relax.
4- Next time take smaller dosage
Did you ever have more or less similar sleeping problems? Chest tightness sounds very related to your previous problem (bronchitis), no? Do you know any doctor you think would be open enough to talk about these things, that you could consult ?
If I think of more things Ill post here, maybe other people can give more feedback. Remember we are no doctors, though, (or even if we are, its not possible to give a diagnosis over the internet like this) so take any opinion here as just that, an opinion.
