just got a mint zeiss standard 25. have a KF2, but the S25 is far more functional. adjustable diaphragm on the condenser (which is also adjustable for height), and adjustable diaphragm on the light source. just ordered polarizing filters and a zeiss neofluar Ph 3 100x objective; may get a phase-contrast condenser. motivated to kickstart the claviceps project again
