I thought it would be nice to have a place to post pictures that we thought looked nice. I'll start and add as I get more pictures.

The first and last pictures are of mescaline in vinegar (looks like the visuals I get from psychedelics). The middle two are pictures from a really nice camera that I think are artful.

Poison arrow frogs live in the tropical rainforests of central and south america (the amazon)
I will be buying some of these guys soon, for my own wicked purposes...

^hey thanks for adding, those pictures look awesome, did you take them all yourself? I got some friends who have a whole bunch of cool looking frogs. I think I was one in a past life, HAha.

I'd like you all to meet my narcistic room mate, Peter. He had a friend called Pedro who sadly died recently, but he seems to be coping pretty well.

these are designs made by beetles in the space between bark and trunk of trees. the mothers lay eggs along the vertical main chamber. when the eggs hatch, the babies carve the radial paths as they exit to begin their lives. i collect these and use them in art projects. amazing how the designs themselves often resemble insects.

When I take a shower there will be condensation on the sides of the showercabin. And at a certain 'height' along the side of the cabin there will be little droplets that form patterns that look exactly like the patterns on the fur of jaguars..

i'm floating in the middle of Howe's sound. a pod of orcas to my left, bald eagles everywhere.....just floating....

I love those pics antrocles..thats a short drive from my house..maybe 30 minutes. I had a really beautiful all night mushroom trip just past there closer to squamish about 2 months ago.

man....i rode my bike 100+ miles a day every day i was up there....well....except for that ONE day when i ate too much mescaline....hehehehe.....hehe..umm.... :shock:

but seriously- that sea-to-sky highway is absolutely breathtaking! to ride from vancouver to squamish and back every day was like going to church for me....you are very blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the world! next time i'm up we'll have to grab a cup o' tea....

You should definatily check out vancouver island next time you are out this way antrocles..it's amazing..the west coast of van island is like true paradise..sandy beaches, ancient rainforests..beautiful people and great surfing with uncrowded lineups..
