Are there any vendors that carry pure thh?
I've come across one site that does- it's called flowingvisions. Does anyone have experience with them?
 
Yes, their stuff is what most people here have used.

SWIM has been buying harmine from them for a long time. They have the best price there is.
 
Shipment is very secure, rest assured.

You could also save a lot of dough extracting from plant material itself, but some fend off such discussion so I'll just leave that there.. A couple good experiences with ethnobotanicals 200 caapi extract as well; matched luck with higher doses of 5x. All the glow without the prep. :)

What do you mean by safe?

They only sell things that are legal to purchase. THH, harmine, and harmaline are all 100% legal in the US and NOT analogs of anything illegal in the US and can't by any stretch of the law be considered even questionable purchases in the US.

THH is not like 2C-I. Buying 2C-I is questionable in the US. 2C-I is an analog of the illegal 2C-B and could technically be illegal to buy even though 2C-I is not specifically illegal in the US. The analog act would make purchasing 2C-I illegal if it was being purchased for ingestion because it’s an analog of an illegal drug. But the analog act does not apply to THH, harmine, or harmaline, because they are not analogs of anything illegal. So in that respect it’s safe to purchase THH in the US and most other countries. Also, their THH is sold for use as a natural fluorescent coloring additive for paint, and not sold for ingestion, so it’s being sold for a legitimate purpose.

They use water as the only solvent, and all the other compounds used in the extraction are non-toxic and food grade according to their site.

There are other places that sell THH, but their prices are many times higher. But at the same time, their purity is usually higher (98% usually). However, none of them state that they use food grade extraction procedures, so I’d be very cautious about ingesting anything like that. I’d ask first what the remaining 2% is before using it. The stuff sold by flowingvisions is 90-95% pure, and they state on their website that the impurities are remnants of the plant used for extraction, plus other food grade non-toxic compounds used in the extraction. It’s likely that obtaining 98% purity requires the use of toxic compounds and solvents (like dichloromethane). I’d personally rather have 90% purity with the impurities being safe food grade materials, rather than 98% purity with the impurities possibly causing cancer.
 
You would almost definitely be fine with 98%. Any solvents are all evaporated off. Maybe some trace but not near a single percent.

The 2% is likely some side reaction product, a rearrangement product, or if from an extraction other alkaloids or plant material.

If it is from a plant extraction you will be fine, even if they used benzene which is a carcinogen. Many pharm products use benzene because it all evaporates off, the 2% is other molecules form the synthesis or extraction. Maybe salts, bases, or acids, but not solvent.
 
As usually I’m going to take the opposite point of view ( I'm starting to enjoy this :lol: ). Some solvents do actually get trapped in the crystal structure of some drugs and are extremely difficult to remove. SWIM has freebase bufotenine crystals that have xylene stuck in them. Even heating it won’t remove the xylene completely. SWIM has also some DMT with d-limonene stuck in it. It never evaporates away, even after many months. It's completely stuck in the crystals. You can taste it when the DMT is vaporized.
 
I agree that a small amount of solvent can be incorporated within the crystalline lattice. Although using the right solvent with several recrystlizations can minimize this greatly. Although I doubt it is greater than a percent at most. However I do think that the majority of the 1-2% is side products/rearrangements from the synthesis or extraction. Many companies list the other % on the bottle some you have to ask. Either way I wouldn't be worried about the health, it is likely absolutely fine, there is nothing that bad in it, but if your worried it can't hurt to ask.
 
Yeah I noticed that a while ago. It's user Caligulitica who's using a larger version of the same avatar. The first time I saw it I wanted to change my avatar. But I so love that artwork. I like how it sort of looks like the tree of knowledge growing out of a man’s head. But actually the guy is just sitting in front of the tree (which is obvious when you see the full size image).

I’m actually an artist myself, and I thought about making something similar to that picture but making the tree actually growing out of a guy’s head and making the tree Anadenanthera colubrina. I just don’t have much free time these days. I’ll get around to it someday.

They even sent swim these weird little glasses that look really cool (swim looked at his light in his room....saw 9 of them....and in several colors, can't wait to try it out hahahah).

Yeh very secure for shipping. Was sad when he found out that they ship from Milpitas, CA.....swim could have just driven up there!

They don't seem to ship to Canada....anyone know of any vendors that do? I really want to paint some fluorescent art up here in Canada! ;)
