SWIM's just added the Ca(OH)2 for Q21Q21's tek2, and the mimosa mixture has gone grey - like a cross between bolognese and mud, on the borderline between grey and dark brown.
He added 40g calcium hydroxide to a ~50g MHRB, 50ml Asda distilled white vinegar and 50ml hot water. It's incredibly tough to stir, and he hasn't added more water yet (as per step 3 of basification)
