q21q21 tek ACRB one extra step..

I have been using the q21q21 whitest and the fluffiest tek with my ACRB since I started.
I most of the time came out with a gel that contained DMT, but wasnt very potent.
After researching, it seems that I have been pullingplant oils also that are slowing the chrystalizing of my DMT.
I have been trying different steps to the tek, but I have had many successes by just pulling, placing in the freeser for 1-4 hours for the plant oils to drop and pouring the pull into another dish to freeze. The foggy pull in the new dish comes out almost perfect everytime and the first dish has the gel with a tiny bit of DMT, it seems to still be usable, but it is the second dish comes to almost perfect chrystal.

I have used that technique on MHRB when the pulls start becoming extremely dirty . I put my naphtha in the freezer for ten minutes and all the gunk sticks to the bottom of the glass. It's a good technique to clean dirty pulls. Nice idea MusicTurtle.

Nice to know somebody else approves. I dont know if it will make a difference in other teks, I have only used one.
I feel like a lot of people going for chrystal and getting gel instead could use this..

I'd be interested to see. I don't so much want to discard the NMT, as I want to separate the NMT.

It does seem, from reading, that NMT is only partially soluble in Naptha, which makes me wonder if heptane would be even more selective. Perhaps NMT falls out quicker and greater proportion?
Nen888 also mentioned that NMT is only partially soluble as a acetic acid salt in water, which is interesting. I've only used citric acid during the acid boil, and perhaps an alternate acid would change things. And perhaps a acidifying a freebase with a hot acetic acid solution, decanting the liquid, and basifying that could somewhat separate things?

Right on, good luck bud. I still am getting some little balls with NMT in my chrystals, just in small amounts.
