Q21Q21's Vinegar/Lime A/B Acacia C. Acetate- Is It Ready?

Hey there helpful community, she's proud to say that she performed Q21Q21's Vinegar/Lime A/B on Acacia C. and has gotten a really nice yield from the very first pull! The vinegar acetate was evaped at 155F, then scraped up and is evaping again at 145F.

Does this need to be cooked at a very high temperature to convert to freebase or is it ready to go? She was quite proud until she thought about this and realized she has no idea what the next step really is, other than having a communion with the spirits. She was hoping that was the next step.:lol: When would the goo need to be pulled from the evap chamber?

One final question: Does this acetate goo ever become more solid/dry/manageable in its food grade format? (Like mescaline acetate)

Hi so you've added the vinegar then the lime and got a nice consistency right? What did you pull with and what are you trying to evap? If you have a dmt-acetate paste I believe what you're going to want to do is add a bunch of sodium carbonate and a bit of water over the paste in order to freebase the dmt-acetate. Let it dry and use IPA, acetone or ethanol to pull the freebase in order to leave the sodium carbonate behind! I am a bit new to this so maybe wait for some more advanced advice or check out the chat!

It may help to tell us a bit more in detail about what you've done so far and your materials!

yup you need to base your acetate solution with sodium carbonate and pull with your preferred solvent.

The other option is keeping it stored as an acetate solution and making a snuff with it.

I don't suggest merely using heat to freebase, its not very effective, and it will always be pretty sticky and not only that but if you attempt to smoke the acetates you will sooner or late realize its not very safe.


I generally base the acetates with sodium carb, pull with isopropyl alcohol, let it evaporate, scrape the goo, weigh and then make changa.

Alrighty, currently making sodium carb. She will, initially, do the reaction and then wash with water and try the sacrament in that format.

Is there a minimum percentage the isopropyl must be? Standard pharmacy bottle fine?

Okay, she's headed in the right direction: Checking out the BLAB and understanding to pull out excess water from the iso using anhydrous epsom salts. Shit's getting exciting...as sandstorm plays in the background 8)

Saw those pictures of fumarates converted into freebies and kinda wishing was working with that instead of the acetates because the converted format looks so damn pretty: whitish crystals.

What is your intended mode of administration ? oral, nasal or vaped ?

You can use your acetates as they are for oral, just dilute with water because the acidity can be a bit harsh.

this is what i use. Nasal is currently my favourite route. Longer than vaped but faster acting than oral. I am protective of my lungs, so this is also the most friendly way to breakthrough i find.

For changa or enhanced leaf i reduce my acetate down to goo, base with sodium carb, then pull with acetone, mix in the harmala and leaf and then wait for the acetone to evap. Its quick and easy.

I find keeping my acetates in dropper bottles and using or converting as required on the day is the best way to go.

My primary intention is to vape. I took the acetates and mixed with sodium carb and water, scraped about, dried, and scraped up again into a beautiful ball. I've yet to hold a ceremony with this sacrament to test its healing powers. Finding the appropriate time is key.

I discovered the fumarates can yield to a cleaner food grade freebase format so I look forward to working with that soon for vaping sacrament.

I would love to try acetate for oral or nasal but I would not be able to use harmala type MAOI's because I work with kratom on a daily basis. Something gentler like passiflora or turmeric would be fine.

My sacrament is acacia acetates, so I wonder if I can use a specific dose for oral/nasal and achieve a healing ceremony without the harmala types.

The stronger MAOI's must wait until I've discontinued the daily routine of kratom use.

The acacia tree is beautiful, this can definitely be said. The acetate w/ sodium carb creates a very good sacrament for vaping. A good sandwich was the perfect ceremony experience. Incredibly sacred.

It will be interesting to see how the other formats of sacrament differ. Great so far!
