After searching the interWeb & not being satisfied with my finds, thought I would consult you all, apologize if this topic has been brought up a million times, & I failed to search enough.

Did find this one on a post,

Preferably the recording are of good sound quality, downloadable, & are magical.

On another note;

I have had a lot of exposure to Yogic/Sanskrit chanting & do feel that they hold 'Power'

Wondering what your thoughts on Aya inspired chanting are? Ever hear chants in Hyperspace?

Other then the amazon where can they be found (Aus)?

In the Yoga tradition there are the 'Maha Mantras' aka Great Mantras, are there Shamanic ones, that you would consider 'Maha'?

Love and gratitude,

I surprised no one has responded to this yet. I also have quite an interest in Ayahuasca Icaros. Most of the stuff I have found comes from youtube videos (which you can download as mp3 with 3rd party tools). I don't have any links handy but I will dig some up later. Searching "ayahausca icaros" is a good starting point.

Since I have an audio mastering studio, I have a future project in mind of collecting as many of those recordings as I can find and then mastering them to sound as good as possible. I'm not sure what the upload limits are here but I would definitely share them if it was possible to post say 50+ mp3s. It would be neat for the Nexus to have a library of high-quality icaro recordings.

Great idea , I've always thought a great project would be to actually
Go down to South America and record Icarus
At super high fidelity like 24 bit 88.1 with great mikes and
Top level mic pre converters.
I'm sure it's been done but if it hasn't it should be .

But having a quality mastered nexus library of Icaros would be fantastic thing and
I fully support the idea .

I was surprised no one was replying too. Thanks for your feedback!

I'm aware of searching 'Aya Icaros' on YouTube but the quality would end up being pretty low.

I bet the films like 'Aya Awakenings' got tons of recordings.

Arcologist, what a wonderful idea and intention!!

Im a world traveler, but have yet to go to south america, going down with a intention to collect audio samples sounds like a great idea....

I've recently got a Ableton Push, & am thinking I could add some complementary sounds, dont worry I'll stay away from splicing in some hardcore skrillex ;) all though....

I also vote yes to the nexus having a potent collection of Icaros.

This guy here, Alexander Ward, made a documentary called Tierra Vida/An Ayahuasca Journey. It's one of my favorites and he writes and explains amazingly well.

He recorded a lot of icaros for this short film and has placed them on his youtube channel interspersed with the other, also interesting, videos. They are pretty good quality and some are long too. hope this is along the lines of what you were looking for. :)
