I live in Maine at the moment and have always been a fan of salvia, and have gained much insight from it. There aren't really laws here on it that I'm aware of, so I've never have to worry about legality. However, with the possibility of me moving to Louisiana in a few month, I have done some research and am struggling to understand the legality of slavia in this state. According to LA laws, it is legal ONLY if it is not intended for human consumption. So does that mean one could acquire some and it would be legal as long as it wasn't smoked/consumed in anyway? Is there any way one would legally acquire it in Louisiana? Thanks
