Quick little re-xtal

The only spice I had around was a golden yellow color and had a decent oil content as well. I'd been enjoying it recently somewhat more than previous pure white crystals. I've found it to be more mellow and visual. But being on here has gotten me bored so I decided to refine what I had.

Heated up about 20ml of naptha in an old olive jar by leaving it in a pot with hot water running in it for about 15min.
Placed spice in a small glass cup while waiting for naptha to warm
Added warm naptha and quickly stirred with glass rod.
The spice disolved immediately and a small amount of impurities were obvious at the bottom of the jar.
Poured off the naptha into another jar and it was very cloudy.
Capped it and put it straight in the freezer.

Im impatient so I waited about 3 hours and took a look Seemed like what looked like my original weight had crashed to the bottom of the jar in a fuzzy fluff. I poured off the naptha and let my jar dry under the fan for about 20min and this is what I've got!! Beer cap on the other side of jar for reference
If I had been a good boy and not disturbed the jar in the freezer do you think it wold of formed larger crystals?
Or if the solvent is too saturated will it just crash into fluff?

The longer you wait, the larger the crystals will grow and the more will precipitate


but they wouldn't get as large as they would if you didn't cool them in the freezer

The rest of the solvent evapd overnight and all that was left was maybe a dime sized puddle of clear oil. Smells like spice. Might try some and see. Have to be some remnants in there since I didn't wait it out in the freezer for long right? Im sure mainly other oils, but the oils I usually get from mh are yellow. Clear is new for me..

Right, also all of the DMT will never completely precipitate out, there will always be some dissolved.

Your goo is likely to be very active. Especially because its much denser then your fluffy crystals.

Its not yellow, just means did a great job decanting the gunk out from the solvent.
