Maybe this is not quite the place to put this but perhaps it can be transferred to another section later on.

Anyway i would like to compile a reading list for the modern shaman, psychonaut, experimenter, etc...

i would love it if we could come together and perhaps select the most essential works for responsible use of psychedelics in a modern age. I would love to see a list eventually become stickied somewhere, perhaps in the tavern.

personally i would propose the psychedelic experience by leary, alpert, and metzner.

i think it is almost an essential manual for psychedelic use, and while even if you do not buy into the Buddhist interpretation of experience there is still a trove of helpful information.

i would love it if other people would propose other titles to add to the list i will update it as often as i can.

that thread appears to be more just a collection of good literature in general i was looking to compile a list specifically for introducing and educating people in the ways of responsible psychedelic use.
