Recrystalization=more dmt? What?!

I had a pull with little dmt with a spot of yellow in the middle so i decided to melt the crystals in some new heated naptha, and when i took it out of the freezer and dried it out, it came out with more whiter and fluffier and more dmt crystals. How is this possible?

Yes. But the order of after and before. Im confused how recrystalization yielded more crystals. Where did it came from. Used a basic stb tek with freeze precip

did you use the same naptha that you originally freeze precipped the first yield outta? then evapped that to get the larger quantity?

but did you take a weight? most likely your spice is now just more fluffy (light weight) and thats why it seems to be more but it really is the same as before

It is also the reason why eyeballing DMT is useless, what looks like the same dose can easily be several factors different.

you are right, when i scraped it off it was like light powdery snow. I was beginning to question my naphtha there for a minute. Thank you

Yes i know that this is a dumb answer but maybe they are more hollower
