Salinization before defat with Max Ion Tek

I was wondering if it would be possible/advisable to do the salinization step before the defat step with acacia when using the Max Ion Tek?

My logic is that doing the salinization step before the defat step would help avoid emulsions when defatting. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Emulsions during the defat IME I've never had that problem as it's like any of the stages you shouldn't shake or air-ate the mix you should treat it like a lady , start of slow then as it gets hotter ( with the use of lye ) the faster you can go !! Lol just jokes

No just be gentle with the acidified mix no need to shake the shit outta it !:thumb_up: but with the use of salt I don't see an advantage !
